On the afternoon of December 25, 2025, the Group’s 2025 annual meeting and cultural performance event were held in Qingdao. Qu Sichun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Feng Yiyuan, President of the Group, chaired the meeting. Leaders of the Group, chief experts, chief scientists, as well as employees from the Group and its engineering companies, all participated in the meeting.

Director Qu pointed out that over the past year, under the concerted efforts and united spirit of all employees, the Group has forged ahead with determination and achieved remarkable results in various areas. 2026 marks both the starting year for formulating and laying out plans for the 15th Five-Year Plan and the decisive year for concluding the Group’s three-year strategic plan. Standing at this critical juncture, all employees must deeply grasp the essence of the “time waits for no one” spirit, transforming their sense of urgency into a spontaneous commitment to action and driving the company to get off to a good start and make solid progress on its new journey through highly efficient execution. Director Qu outlined the overall requirements and guiding principles for 2026, using four key words—“quality improvement, breakthroughs, integration, and value”—to clearly define the core priorities for the entire year’s work.
The cultural performance kicked off with an atmospheric Chinese-style dance, its lively rhythm instantly igniting the entire venue. All the performances at the gala were created and performed entirely by the employees themselves—from the initial creative concepts to the meticulous rehearsals and final stage presentations—every single detail reflecting everyone’s hard work and dedication. As a result, the team’s energy and charm shone brilliantly on stage. From vibrant, youthful dances brimming with youthful vitality to song performances evoking memories of struggle and perseverance; from humorous and witty skits to choral performances that united the voices of the entire team—through a rich variety of artistic forms, the employees showcased Sanwei’s spirit of unity, determination, and positive outlook. As the gala entered the lucky draw segment, the atmosphere reached its peak: bursts of joyful cheers and enthusiastic applause rose one after another, wave upon wave, intensifying the festive mood of the entire event.
