Environment protection is the highlight in the company’s engineering division, with rich experience and technical reserve in fields such as sulfur recovery, oil product upgrading, desulfurization and denitrification, sewage water treatment, fume control and management, and enclosed decoking, etc.,

Technical innovation is always used by the company as the source of power to drive the company’s development, with the development of a number of advanced and environment-friendly technologies with good cost benefits in the fields such as sulfur recovery, sulfur resistant conversion, molten salt energy storage, energy storage by air, rare earth rubber, a new type of hydrogenation, alkylation and hydrogen energy, via the methods such as the cooperation and development among industry, university and institute, and external investment(introduction), etc., as well as the contracting(participation) of a number of design or EPC projects.

Matrix management is applied by the company in EPC projects, covering the services for each stage in the project. With EPC projects under construction as the carriers, the company is continuously developing management research topics, summarizing management experience, and improving the management methods, leading to a strong comprehensive advantage. Additionally, as a Class A design institute and province-level technical center with rich experience in the management of the entire project process, a sharing of resources, talent, knowledge, and data is gradually realized, with the coordination among the design, procurement, construction, the startup, and the operation, with the improvement in management benchmark, the establishment of the management process and solid basic management to implement integrated management for the entire life cycle of the project, and proactive promotion of digital construction.
