It has set up an Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Development Center in Beijing, and developed a number of branded products with independent intellectual property rights and market competitive advantages. It has undertaken the 2019 Shandong Provincial Major Sci-Tech Innovation Project entitled "Technology and Application of Resource Recovery and High-Value Utilization of Acidic Waste Gas in the Chemical Industry". By leveraging oxo synthesis technology, it has built a first-class domestic "aldehyde-alcohol-acid-ester" industrial chain, striving to form industrial structure advantages. With "food-grade", "pharmaceutical-grade" and "electronic-grade" chemicals as the direction and goal, it conducts sci-tech R&D and gradually realizes industrialization. The company has obtained more than 160 patents, 4 proprietary technologies recognized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association, and over 10 technologies appraised by the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, among which 7 are internationally leading technologies.
