To further enhance the management team’s overall leadership and execution capabilities, stimulate intrinsic motivation within the core team, and propel the company toward sustained and efficient growth, from December 23 to 24, 2025, the Group Company specially invited the renowned training expert, Teacher Qi Lei, to conduct two highly substantive, precisely targeted, and extremely practical special training sessions for mid- and senior-level managers across the Group Company and its subsidiaries.
In the senior management training course, Teacher Qi Lei took “strategy” as the central keyword and systematically delved deeper into the four pillars of strategic planning. He meticulously deconstructed the logical framework for establishing corporate vision, mission, core values, and strategic objectives, and profoundly analyzed the intrinsic significance of strategic goals as well as the core essence of competitive advantage. Throughout the session, Teacher Qi led the participating executives through on-site simulations of the strategic goal-setting process, using real-world case studies to map out business development paths. Moreover, he guided the participants—through practical methods such as comparative analysis of key elements and value curve analysis—on how to build differentiated competitive advantages. The combination of precise theoretical explanations and vivid case analyses complemented each other perfectly, earning enthusiastic applause from the executives in attendance.
In the mid- and high-level management training course, Teacher Qi Lei focused on the core theme of “improving execution capability.” He delivered a comprehensive lecture covering three key elements of highly effective execution teams, the four major roles of mid- and high-level managers, and the 5R process for enhancing execution capability. During the class, Teacher Qi employed a variety of teaching methods—including interactive lectures, case-based analyses, and small-group discussions—to transform abstract management theories into practical, actionable approaches. The course content was tightly interconnected and logically rigorous. Throughout the session, participants were fully engaged, diligently taking notes on key points, actively reflecting on how to apply these insights to their own work, and enthusiastically raising their hands to participate in interactive Q&A sessions and group presentations. The learning atmosphere at the scene was vibrant and enthusiastic. This course received high praise from all participants. After the training concluded, attendees unanimously expressed that they had greatly benefited from it. Not only did they master scientific methods for enhancing their personal execution capabilities in daily management tasks, but they also learned how to effectively motivate their teams, thereby achieving a harmonious synergy between individual growth and team development.
This training session is an important component of the Group’s annual efforts to cultivate talent and enhance management capabilities. It not only provides mid- and senior-level managers with a high-quality platform for learning and exchange but also effectively addresses the shortcomings in strategic thinking and execution capabilities among management personnel. The Group will continue to focus on the needs of enhancing managerial competencies, regularly organizing diverse and content-rich training activities. By building a high-quality management team, we will empower the Group’s high-quality development and lay a solid foundation for achieving our long-term strategic goals.
