On May 28, 2025, Feng Yiyuan, President of the Group Company, led a team to Zibo Nuoao Chemical Co., Ltd., officially launching the on-site exchange program titled "Learning Management from Nuoao." This initiative marks a critical step forward following the kickoff meeting held on May 21, aiming to drive breakthroughs across the group's various business units in areas such as management improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement—by benchmarking Nuoao Chemical's advanced management practices. The move is designed to address the challenging external environment characterized by a tough macroeconomic landscape and intense industry competition, as well as the managerial hurdles posed by the group's new phase of integrated operations. Senior executives and managers from the Group Company and its subsidiaries participated in this hands-on exchange event.

All members of the Group Company, along with mid-level and senior staff from the Engineering Company and each subsidiary, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Feng Yiyuan, President of the Group Company. During the meeting, the "Implementation Plan for the Group Company's Management Learning Initiative from Nuoao Chemical" was read aloud, followed by a screening of the promotional video highlighting Nuoao Chemical's management approach.
