On July 11, 2025, the Group Corporation held a cultural development exchange meeting at its headquarters, aiming to deepen the cultural integration between the group headquarters and its subsidiaries, thereby enhancing organizational synergy and effectiveness. Qu Sixiu, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Feng Yiyuan, President of the Group Corporation, chaired the session and outlined key expectations. Representatives from the group headquarters and various subsidiaries participated in the meeting.

In his speech, Qu Dong profoundly explained the essence and future direction of corporate culture. He emphasized that culture is the soul of an enterprise—a core force that helps companies navigate through economic cycles—rooted in "uniting people's hearts" and fostering a shared vision across all levels. Drawing on the company's three-dimensional development journey, he highlighted the cultural values—including its long-established corporate spirit, business philosophy, and incentive mechanisms—that have been cultivated over the years. He also underscored the critical importance of cultural elements like fairness and impartiality to the sustainable growth and success of the organization.

Regarding how to effectively strengthen the group's cultural development, Director Qu emphasized: First, we must consistently elevate our perspective and deeply recognize that culture is the core capability enabling a company to thrive across economic cycles. He pointed out that throughout 3D Chemical’s journey—from its establishment and restructuring to its successful IPO—and now into its diversified industrial landscape—every significant leap forward has been driven by culture. Culture isn’t just about tangible systems and processes; it also encompasses intangible elements such as worldview, outlook on life, and values. Most importantly, it serves as the vital, ever-flowing source that inspires all employees to "think alike and pull together with unwavering determination."

Adhering to the principles of "harmony without uniformity" and "balancing rigor with flexibility," we will build a diverse cultural system guided by unified values. Qu Dong emphasized that the Group respects the unique industry characteristics, historical legacies, and management styles of each subsidiary, encouraging them to maintain their distinct identities in terms of communication approaches, incentive strategies, and team dynamics. At the same time, however, subsidiaries are expected to align closely with the Group on critical values such as cost control, efficiency, innovation, and compliance—embracing the philosophy of "each shining in its own way, yet thriving together."

Persist in reform and innovation, keeping pace with the times to enrich cultural development. Qu Dong reviewed the group's iterative journey—from its initial quality policy to the evolution of the corporate spirit embodying "rigor, innovation, responsibility, and harmony." He urged all units to embrace reform and innovation as a vital driving force for cultural development, ensuring that emerging market trends, technological breakthroughs, and enhanced management practices are promptly translated into fresh cultural elements.

We must steadfastly uphold an outstanding corporate culture to foster the healthy development of our enterprise and ensure its enduring success. Mr. Qu urged all units to take this exchange meeting as a fresh starting point, committing to finalize and refine the group’s core cultural principles by the end of next year, thereby establishing a comprehensive cultural system that integrates operational management, behavioral standards, and value-driven guidelines. He emphasized particularly that the essence of cultural传承 lies in people—especially during the transition between generations, it is crucial to uphold a culture rooted in fairness, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility, providing an unwavering source of momentum for the company’s sustained growth and prosperity.

Mr. Feng clearly outlined the core context and significance of the upcoming meeting, noting that as the Group’s business structure continues to diversify and its organizational scope keeps expanding, culture—serving as the foundational pillar of organizational capabilities—has become the key factor determining whether the company can navigate economic cycles and build a stable, high-performing workforce. This meeting will focus on three critical topics: "Why cultivate culture?"; "How can we leverage diversity as a basis for fostering collaborative consensus?"; and "What specific problems does culture address?" The goal is to drive the development of a diversified cultural system aligned with a unified value framework. Mr. Feng emphasized that cultural development must squarely address three fundamental questions facing the enterprise: survival, growth, and long-term sustainability. He also introduced three key strategic approaches: 1. Integrating "values, systems, and behaviors" into a cohesive whole; 2. Ensuring that culture supports efficiency and delivers tangible results; 3. Striking a balance between upholding shared values while simultaneously embracing and encouraging diverse individual styles. Furthermore, he underscored the Group’s commitment to respecting the unique cultural identities of each subsidiary, shaped by their respective industry characteristics and historical legacies. Looking ahead, the Group will adhere to the guiding principles of "respecting differences, building consensus, preserving distinctiveness, and promoting collaborative growth," aiming to create a three-dimensional cultural integration system characterized by "harmony amid diversity" and "resonance across all levels."

Mr. Feng urged all units to advance cultural system development with a "long-term, persistent effort" approach, maintaining cultural distinctiveness while upholding unified core values, and emphasizing the practical application of cultural initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen organizational combat capabilities.

At the meeting, companies including Noah Corporation, Engineering Company, Qingdao Lianxin, and Sanwei Longbang shared their insights and experiences. Noah Corporation focused on safety philosophy, incentive mechanisms, and flat management, highlighting practical approaches such as "Safety First," "Performance-Oriented Management," emphasizing the strict enforcement of systems, transparent and open performance evaluations, and continuous efforts to foster meaningful employee care. Meanwhile, the Engineering Company reviewed its cultural evolution—from the original spirit of "Unity, Diligence, and Striving for Excellence" to the current ethos of "Precision, Innovation, Responsibility, and Harmony"—through five key dimensions: cultural framework building, management culture, workplace lifestyle, corporate identity, and social responsibility. They also showcased distinctive practices like organizing cultural and sports activities, holding celebratory events, providing thoughtful employee care, and strengthening team cohesion. Lastly, Qingdao Lianxin analyzed its journey in nurturing a strong sense of teamwork and integrating diverse cultural elements, drawing from its experience as a private enterprise. Sanwei Longbang, on the other hand, zeroed in on the path to building a new corporate culture, proposing strategies that leverage value-driven leadership to unify common goals, while ensuring cultural integration through robust systems and exemplary role models.
