Sunway Longbang Holds 2026 Work Conference

Liu Wanxiang, General Manager of Sunway Longbang, presented the “2025 Work Report.” The meeting comprehensively reviewed the achievements made in 2025, analyzed the current situation, and laid out key tasks for 2026, mobilizing all employees to unite their efforts, overcome difficulties, and fully promote the company’s high-quality development. Middle-level and above employees of Sunway Longbang attended the meeting.

  Qu Siqiu, representing the Board of Directors, expressed full recognition and heartfelt gratitude for the work done by Sunway Longbang over the past year as well as for the performance of all its employees. In his speech, he affirmed Sunway Longbang’s development momentum for 2025—“Facing Challenges Head-On and Steadfastly Moving Forward”—and specifically highlighted the company’s remarkable achievements in six key areas: zero accidents in safe production, enhanced standardized management, successful trial run of the isooctanoic acid project, designation as a provincial key project, building a strong talent pool, and an outstanding corporate spirit.

  Qu Siqiu emphasized that in 2026, Sunway Longbang should aim to “break through bottlenecks and achieve rapid growth,” with a focus on eight key areas of work:

  First, we will uphold standardized and compliant operations, strictly control all types of risks, ensure that the standards for listed companies remain unchanged, emphasize technological confidentiality, and firmly adhere to safety and environmental protection guidelines.

  II. Uphold innovation and breakthroughs, reform institutional mechanisms that are incompatible with the company’s development, and enhance organizational capabilities and technological expertise.

  3. Strengthen talent management, accelerate the development of a talent pipeline, and establish a scientific incentive mechanism.

  Fourth, we will vigorously focus on reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing efficiency, implementing the “Three-Pronged” approach—clearly defining objectives, closely monitoring the process, and ensuring desired outcomes.

To overcome these difficulties, we must adopt a sense of responsibility that directly confronts problems and implement precise, pragmatic measures—targeting specific issues and tackling tough challenges head-on—to fully break through development bottlenecks. 2026 is a pivotal year for Sunway Longbang to achieve breakthrough development. The company will carry out the development requirements proposed by the chairman—“break through bottlenecks and achieve rapid growth”—and specifically focus on the following six areas of work:

  At the meeting, the company signed the “2026 Work Target Responsibility Agreements” with all departments and read out the “Decision on Commending Advanced Teams and Individuals for 2025,” calling on all cadres and employees to take the advanced role models as their inspiration, stay committed to their posts, and work diligently to make new and greater contributions to promoting the company’s high-quality development.
