Three-Dimensional Chemistry Liaoning Branch Holds Opening Ceremony

　　On March 26, 2025, the Liaoning Branch of Shandong SUNWAY Chemical Group Co., Ltd. held a grand opening ceremony. As a key strategic foothold for SUNWAY Chemical’s expansion in Northeast China, the establishment of the branch marks a critical step in the company’s efforts to deepen its presence in the region’s chemical and energy markets and to further enhance its nationwide service network. Qu Siquiu, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group; Hao Wenliang, Vice President and General Manager of the Engineering Company; and other relevant personnel attended the ceremony. Also in attendance were Ding Hongbo, Vice President of Northern Huajin United Petrochemical Co., Ltd.; Xia Lichao, Deputy Manager of the Science and Technology Information Department at Liaoning Jincheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd.; Li Gaofeng, Director of the Planning Section and the Information Department at PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Branch; Shi Hansheng, Chairman of the Third Installation Engineering Company of Sinochem Second Construction Group Co., Ltd., along with Project Manager Lin Xiaofeng; Sun Yubin, General Manager of the First Engineering Company of Sinopec Fourth Construction Co., Ltd., and Project Manager Wang Zhanshan—along with more than ten representatives from friendly partner organizations—who gathered on site to jointly witness this significant milestone.

He pointed out that the Northeast region, as an important old industrial base in China, boasts robust momentum in the chemical and energy industries and enormous market potential, making it the core focus of SUNWAY Chemical’s nationwide market expansion. Over the years, the company has established deep and stable partnerships with leading Northeastern enterprises such as Northern Huajin, Hengli Petrochemical, and Jinxi Petrochemical, delivering a series of high-quality projects that have laid a solid foundation—both in terms of market presence and collaborative relationships—for the establishment of the Liaoning Branch. He stated that the opening of the Liaoning Branch represents a strategic move by SUNWAY Chemical to align with the national green development strategy and capitalize on the opportunities presented by the revitalization of the Northeast; it is also a key step in optimizing the company’s nationwide market network. Moving forward, the branch will provide more precise, high-quality, and efficient one-stop, full-lifecycle engineering services to clients in Liaoning and surrounding regions. He noted that the sulfur recovery unit, acidic water stripping unit, solvent regeneration unit, and other key projects undertaken by SUNWAY Chemical for the Huajin–Aramco Fine Chemicals and Feedstock Project have demonstrated the company’s robust engineering strength, providing strong support for its business growth. The chemical and energy industries in Northeast China are now poised to seize new opportunities, and the establishment of SUNWAY Chemical’s Liaoning branch represents a well-considered decision that aligns with market demand. Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, attendees posed for group photos and then toured the Liaoning Branch’s office space, gaining a firsthand understanding of its operational layout and service offerings. After the tour, company leaders and representatives from partner organizations convened in the conference room for a roundtable discussion on the development of the Liaoning Branch.
