On April 18, 2024, the Second Congress of Communist Party Members of the Three-Dimensional Chemical Committee was successfully held at the company headquarters.
This meeting was a crucial event for the company to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, as well as to comprehensively advance the development of the group corporation. During the conference, the company reviewed the work carried out by the first Party Committee in recent years and elected the second CPC Committee of Sanwei Chemical.

The report highlighted that since the last Party Congress, the 3D Chemicals Party Committee has diligently implemented the important speeches, instructions, and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping, thoroughly studied and promoted the spirit of successive plenary sessions of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China as well as the outcomes of the 20th National Congress. The committee has also actively carried out the decisions and deployments made by higher-level Party organizations, resulting in robust enhancements to ideological and political development. As a result, party organizations at all levels and the vast majority of Party members and cadres have deeply grasped the decisive significance of "two establishments," strengthened their "four consciousnesses," firmly upheld "four confidences," and resolutely ensured "two safeguards." Meanwhile, the talent pool has continued to optimize, with many young Party members emerging and, through their own efforts, rising to become mid- to high-level managers within the company. At the same time, grassroots organizational building has been steadily reinforced, with party organizations at all levels fully implementing the "Three Meetings and One Lesson" system. Meanwhile, comprehensive and strict governance of the Party has deepened continuously, transforming the achievements of building clean and honest private enterprises into a powerful driving force for corporate growth. Additionally, mass organization activities have flourished, injecting vibrant energy into various initiatives aimed at strengthening corporate cohesion and unity.
According to the relevant agenda, the congress held a secret ballot and elected the new Party Committee members by a margin: Qu Sixiu, Gu Yuanming, Sun Bo, Hao Wenliang, Li Tiejun, Dai Hongqiang, and Nie Tao.
Qu Siqiu, delivering a speech on behalf of the new Party Committee, emphasized that the organizational structure of the group company has now been fully established, and the company has convened a development seminar. Under the new development landscape, the newly appointed Party Committee faces even more challenging tasks. To address these challenges, it is crucial to play a role in the following key areas:
1. As the ranks of Party members continue to expand, the company's Party committee must strengthen its own team-building—after all, to forge iron, one must first be strong oneself.
