Centered on the theme of strengthening theoretical innovation, firmly establishing the “Four Consciousnesses,” upholding the “Four Confidences,” resolutely safeguarding the “Two Upholds,” courageously assuming responsibilities, and earnestly implementing the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee with a pragmatic and truth-seeking approach, the meeting conducted in-depth problem identification, root cause analysis, self-examination, Party spirit analysis, and earnest criticism and self-criticism. Qiu Siqiu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting and delivered remarks.
