Additionally, we’ve strengthened integrity management of oil and gas pipelines to maintain unobstructed flow. Overall, the national energy system is operating smoothly and safely; since the beginning of this year, no major or above-level safety incidents have occurred, and the number of accidents remains lower than the same period last year.

　　In terms of accelerating the construction of major projects, we will enhance the planning and development standards for key oil and gas pipelines, as well as critical storage and peak-shaving facilities. We will also elevate the development level of municipal infrastructure such as power and oil/gas systems, while vigorously fostering new technologies, emerging business models, and innovative growth patterns.
