A total of 80 mid-to-high-level managers from the Group Company and its subsidiaries attended this training program.

Teacher Li Junming, drawing from the actual conditions of the group company and aligning with the 18-character guideline—"Set Direction, Define Strategy, Manage Risks, Foster Innovation, Build Platforms, and Cultivate Culture"—delivered a training session filled with various scenario-based exercises. He also used case studies from well-established corporations such as Haier Group and Vanke Group, exploring key aspects like value analysis in group governance, organizational support, the establishment of static control systems, and the development of dynamic management frameworks. In the coaching-style training module, Teacher Li emphasized the comprehensive application of coaching techniques, offering participants fresh perspectives and practical tools to enhance their work approaches. Participants worked collaboratively in small groups, approaching the session with specific questions and clear objectives. Through interactive activities and simulated exercises led by Teacher Li, they not only enjoyed the learning process but also gained deeper insights into innovative thinking patterns, ultimately mastering cutting-edge concepts and skills.

This training has strengthened the group's governance and management innovation, serving as a crucial initiative for the group company to solidly enhance its mid-to-high-level cadre team, continuously improving the comprehensive qualities, professional expertise, and managerial capabilities of its middle and senior executives. We are confident that, through this training, everyone will successfully translate what they’ve learned into concrete actions that guide and refine their daily work, thereby better empowering the group company in ensuring safe production, optimizing business operations, and driving strategic growth—ultimately contributing to the company’s high-quality development.
