This training session featured a lecture by Attorney Jin Ruyue from King & Wood Mallesons. Attorney Jin discussed four key areas: the new regulations governing the duties of directors, supervisors, and senior executives in corporate governance; guidelines for regulated transactions involving major shareholders and senior management of listed companies; mandatory information disclosure requirements; and case studies on regulatory penalties imposed on corporate leaders. Drawing on relevant laws, regulations, and real-world examples, she provided a comprehensive and insightful analysis of how listed companies should operate in compliance with the law, as well as the specific responsibilities and obligations of board members, supervisors, and senior executives.
