On July 31, Qu Sichun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, visited Jin Xiaochen, President of Huajin Amec Fine Chemicals & Feedstock Engineering Project Department, at the Huajin Amec Petrochemical Co., Ltd. project site. During the meeting, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on project construction and ongoing collaboration. Attendees included Gu Yuanming, Director of the Group Corporation's Comprehensive Management Center; Nie Tao, Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Company; Xin Dongfeng, Manager of the Engineering Management Department at Huajin Amec Petrochemical Co., Ltd.; and Lei Jun, Project Manager of Refining Unit No. 4.
Qu Dong expressed gratitude to Huajin Amec for their support and trust in Sanwei Chemical, noting that Sanwei Chemical is the company with the largest number of domestically designed and EPC-completed sulfur recovery units, boasting extensive experience and cutting-edge technology in this specialized field. As the company's largest EPC project since its establishment, the fine chemical and raw material engineering project focused on sulfur recovery has received top priority, with the company providing comprehensive backing to ensure its successful execution. Moving forward, Sanwei Chemical remains firmly committed to achieving excellence, implementing multiple strategic measures, optimizing human resource allocation, strengthening all-around safety management, and maintaining rigorous quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle. The company is fully dedicated to driving the continued construction of the sulfur recovery project, striving to deliver it as a benchmark-quality endeavor.
Mr. Jin extended a warm welcome to Mr. Qu and his delegation, praising the Three-Dimensional Chemistry Project Department for their courage to tackle tough challenges and their dedicated work ethic. He then provided an update on the construction progress of the Fine Chemicals and Raw Materials Engineering Project, emphasizing that the involvement of a highly professional company like Three-Dimensional Chemistry will undoubtedly further enhance the project's ability to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Accompanied by Nie Tao, Deputy General Manager of the engineering company, and Sun Peng, Project Manager, Qu Dong visited the site of the sulfur recovery EPC general contracting project to conduct on-site research and provide guidance. He extended his condolences to the project team members, thoroughly inspected the construction progress, site management practices, safety measures, and environmental protection efforts, and listened to a comprehensive report on the overall advancement of the project. At the project team's on-site office, Qu Dong gained a clear understanding of the working conditions at the site and warmly engaged in conversations with each team member, learning about their daily work and personal lives. He expressed gratitude for their dedication and hard work under the scorching summer heat, reminding everyone to take proper precautions against heatstroke and prioritize their health. Finally, Qu Dong encouraged the team to embrace their responsibilities with determination, continue striving for excellence, and ensure the project is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.


Following this, Qu Dong visited the project site to inspect the construction progress, gaining a thorough understanding of how the rainy season has impacted the project and identifying the key challenges encountered during the construction process. Qu Dong emphasized the need to firmly establish the principles of "safety first, quality paramount," especially under the current scorching hot weather conditions. He urged strengthening safety management at the construction site, rigorously enforcing standardized and规范化的 construction practices, and proactively addressing potential safety hazards in critical areas. All these efforts should be carried out dynamically, ensuring that project advancement remains on track while maintaining both safety and quality standards.


At the site, Qu Dong had an in-depth exchange with Lei Jun, Project Manager of the No. 4 Refining Department at Huajin United Petrochemical Co., Ltd., carefully listening to the concerns and requirements of both the owner and the construction teams. Lei Jun noted that, thanks to the joint efforts of the 3D Chemical Project Department, the No. 4 Refining Department, and the construction contractor, the sulfur recovery project has consistently remained at the forefront of fine chemical and raw-material engineering construction. The team has already accomplished several milestone tasks, including "erection of the first chimney on-site" and "topping out the first equipment cabinet," achieving remarkable results along the way. He expressed his hope that the project team will continue upholding their spirit of hard work and relentless pursuit of excellence, setting new benchmarks and delivering even greater success in the upcoming phases of construction!
