On the morning of June 21, the company's 20th-anniversary restructuring speech competition was held at the headquarters. The event was hosted by Gu Yuanming, Chairman of the company's trade union, while Qu Siquiu, Secretary of the company's Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, and Hao Wenliang, Vice President of the Group Corporation and General Manager of the Engineering Company, attended the competition and delivered speeches.
Twelve employees from various departments and branches closely focused on the theme "What I Want to Say to 3D," sharing their personal stories and touching tales from their daily lives, workplaces, and personal growth—all while highlighting the company group's remarkable upward momentum in recent years. Through vivid storytelling, they eloquently conveyed their sense of responsibility and dedication, passionately expressing their deep love for the company and its mission, and proudly showcasing a vibrant, energetic, and highly motivated spirit. After an inspiring competition, Sun Fengye from the Market Development Department took first place, followed by Zhang Huanjun from the Qingdao Branch in second, and Niu Yuanhui from the same branch claiming third. To add more fun to the event, a thrilling guessing game was also held on-site to determine the winners of the grand prize, runner-up, and third-place finisher.

Qu Dong expressed full appreciation for the quality of the speech competition. He noted that, unlike other events, the competition required significantly more preparation—many colleagues had meticulously crafted high-quality scripts and polished PPT presentations, and most were even able to deliver their speeches entirely from memory. This level of dedication was clearly evident in the hard work and effort behind the scenes. This time, all participants in the speech event were young employees, perfectly showcasing the vibrant spirit and energy of the company’s younger generation. Moving forward, the company plans to continue organizing similar activities regularly, enriching employees' lives while strengthening the organization’s sense of unity and camaraderie.
