On January 29, 2026, Yang Guohua, Chairman of Xi'an Aerospace Yuan Dongli Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuan Dongli Company”), and his delegation visited our company. The two sides engaged in an in-depth exchange on technological innovation, business synergy, and future cooperation directions. Qu Siqiu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Corporation, also participated in the exchange.

Both sides reviewed their deep-rooted cooperative ties, particularly the milestone collaboration in 2012—the project to develop and domestically produce high-efficiency sulfur recovery burners. This project was successfully implemented at the sulfur recovery unit of Jinan Refining & Chemical, effectively addressing the longstanding pain points of high energy consumption, poor adaptability, and high operation and maintenance costs associated with conventional burners. As a result, Jinan Refining & Chemical achieved significant environmental and economic benefits. This project has also become a model case of the deep integration between the civilian application of aerospace technology and petrochemical engineering practice, laying a solid foundation of mutual trust and cooperation between the two parties.

Qu Siqiu pointed out that Yuandongli Company, inheriting the aerospace DNA, boasts significant advantages in R&D capabilities, talent reserves, and technological innovation. It possesses multiple national-level R&D platforms and a highly qualified technical team, with particularly remarkable achievements in areas such as high-temperature and high-pressure combustion and plasma technology. For over fifty years, Sanwei Chemical has been deeply engaged in the chemical, petrochemical, energy-saving, and environmental protection sectors, accumulating mature experience and establishing a well-rounded system in engineering general contracting and technology commercialization. The two companies’ strengths are highly complementary and perfectly aligned. Building on this solid foundation of cooperation, he proposed that they could further expand their collaboration in the future: First, focus on areas such as pure-oxygen burners, gasification technologies, and the combustion of solid waste and liquid effluents, leveraging Yuandongli’s R&D expertise and Sanwei Chemical’s engineering implementation capabilities to create more benchmark projects; second, deepen R&D collaboration, jointly drive technological innovation, and tackle common challenges facing the industry.

Yang Guohua expressed high appreciation for Sanwei Chemical’s strong technical capabilities and industry influence. He provided a detailed overview of the latest advancements made by the Xi'an Aerospace Propulsion Research Institute in areas such as the commercialization of military-civilian integrated technologies and the R&D of new-energy equipment—including breakthroughs like the next-generation modular gas burners and hydrogen combustion furnaces. He emphasized that Sanwei Chemical’s comprehensive service capabilities across the entire industrial chain in the chemical and petrochemical engineering sector, coupled with its extensive customer base, serve as a crucial foundation for further translating aerospace technologies into the civilian market. He expressed his hope that this exchange would serve as an opportunity to “renew our partnership” based on existing collaborations, thereby driving mutual cooperation toward broader fields and deeper levels of engagement.

During the exchange, both sides also conducted a comprehensive discussion on their respective companies’ current development status, core business strategies, and industry trends. They engaged in an in-depth exchange of views on key areas such as technological R&D, market expansion, and resource sharing, and unanimously agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism to accelerate the implementation and effectiveness of collaborative projects.

This technical exchange not only carries forward and deepens the achievements of our historical cooperation, but also represents a precise grasp of future opportunities for green development. In the context of the nation’s deepening “Dual Carbon” strategy, our company and Yuandongli Company will leverage technology as the connecting link and market demand as the guiding principle, fully harnessing our advantages in aerospace technology and engineering practice. Together, we will make steady progress in areas such as energy conservation and environmental protection, as well as new-energy equipment, injecting strong new momentum into the high-quality development of the industry.
