On January 23, 2026, the Group held its 2026 Work Conference. At the conference, Qu Siqiu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, delivered an important speech titled “Break Through Ourselves, Move Forward with Courage and Determination, and Embark on a New Journey of High-Quality Development in Three-Dimensional Chemistry.” Feng Yiyuan, President of the Group, presented the “2025 President’s Work Report.” The conference comprehensively summarized the achievements made in 2025, systematically laid out key tasks for 2026, and set a solid foundation and good start for the company’s high-quality development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, fostering consensus and clarifying the path forward.

  Qu Siqiu, representing the Board of Directors, expressed full recognition and heartfelt gratitude for the Group’s performance over the past year as well as the efforts of all employees. He noted that, despite a complex and ever-changing external environment, the Group had united in spirit to overcome numerous challenges. Guided by the 2025 work guidelines, the Group made every possible effort to seize market opportunities, devoted itself wholeheartedly to management improvements, achieved remarkable results in scientific and technological innovation, and maintained zero accidents in safety and environmental protection. Meanwhile, the capital market has increasingly recognized the value of Sanwei Chemical. Throughout the company, both management and staff have demonstrated strong resilience and vitality, gradually developing a management model that is well-suited to Sanwei Chemical’s unique characteristics. However, the company still faces certain shortcomings, including insufficient organizational strength, inadequate awareness of potential crises, a shortage of high-level talent, limited innovation capacity, weakening of existing competitive advantages, and the failure to yet identify a second growth curve.

  Qu Siqiu emphasized that in the new year, the company’s development must demonstrate both boldness and courage—daring to break through existing barriers, identifying the right people to get things done correctly, and ensuring the company moves forward steadily. He reiterated the company’s overall work objectives, guiding principles, and key keywords for 2026, and set forth specific requirements for the year’s work.
