Scientific Research Topics
With the rapid development of Chinese industry, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Among them, the amount of sulfur dioxide discharged into the atmosphere is large, it can form acid fog and acid rain. This will cause serious harm to human and the environment, and is one of the most important air pollutants. Starting from the sustainable development strategy, China has increased the intensity of environmental protection. The environmental protection standards and regulations are increasingly strict, the control and governance of sulfur dioxide p pollution to the environment is an important content. GB31570-2015 "Pollutant Emission Standards for Petroleum Refining Industry" issued in April 2015 put forward stricter requirements for emission l limits of flue gas SO2 concentration of sulfur recovery units, among which the general area requires less than 400mg/Nm3, and key areas require less than 100mg/Nm3. Therefore, it t is urgent to consider the important work to increase the processing capacity of sulfuric acid containing gas, improve the recovery rate of sulfur, and make the exhaust emissions of the device reach the standard.
The company actively responds to the upgrading policy of national environmental protection industry, and has developed multi-functional coupling process technology of sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment. According to different raw gas, plant scale and customer needs, the company chooses appropriate coupling process technology route of sulfur recovery and tail gas purification, and overall optimizes the unit processes of sulfur recovery, hydro reduction and absorption and tail gas purification. To ensure that the emission index of the sulfur recovery unit is better than the most stringent, special area limit in the standard specification. And at the same time, it can eliminate the traditional redundant equipment and structures, and take into account the investment and operation cost to achieve the best balance and optimization. The key technology of this project is SWSR-1 sulfur recovery device and process, namely: no on-line furnace sulfur recovery + ion liquid circulation absorption tail gas treatment. It has obtained the national invention patent authorization, and has been in Yantai Wanhua contract to build an industrial unit, byproduct SO2 content: ≥99.5%; SWSR-2 process, using NaOH solution as absorber, absorption of SO2 in flue gas through acid-base neutralization reaction, Na2SO4 solution produced sent to the sewage treatment plant for treatment, the technology has been successfully applied and put into production in Sinopec Qingdao Refining and Chemical, Zhongjie Petrochemical and other sets of sulfur recovery equipment; SWSR-3 process, namely no on-line furnace sulfur recovery + liquid phase sulfur oxidization recovery combined process technology, can ensure that the mixed product sulfur meet the national standard of first-class requirements. The above technology can ensure the purification of exhaust emissions SO2<50mg/Nm3, NOx<50mg/Nm3, particulate <20mg/Nm3, H2S<5PPM, effluent water quality, including COD, etc.: COD<50mg/l, SS(suspended matter)<20mg/l, pH≈7, N-NH3=0, total nitrogen <80mg/l.
The company has carried out 29 research and development projects in the past four years, including 1 major science and technology innovation project in Shandong Province, 1 Zibo Talent Plan project, and 1 Linzi Talent Plan project.
